Management Team
Rosli Weldhen
Director/ Partner
Rosli brings 18 years of proven leadership, and in-depth knowledge of the Offshore Marine industry to LMC. His professional background encompasses a broad range of experiences across the chartering, S&P services, insurance and commercial leasing sector.
He started his career in the plantation industry before moving across to the offshore marine industry in 2006, starting of as a Sales & Purchase Broker. In 2007, he joined InOilCo Safety Consultant, a Petronas licensed agent supplying offshore support vessels charters to the oil majors. During his 10 year tenure, the company grew to become one of the larger licensed agents working in Malaysia with a revenue peaking at USD50 million in 2012. Rosli constantly developed and maintained a strong relationship with various ship owners in Malaysia and Singapore. He also worked at having a good rapport with the oil majors in Malaysia.
Rosli is tasked with providing the strategic business plan, financial support and driving the long-term objective of ensuring LMC has an upward growth trajectory over the next several years.
Capt. Nyi Phone Min
Director/ Partner
Capt. Min is a highly ambitious and decisive marine professional with a proven track record across multi-dimensional roles, including business development, ship management, and profit center management. Renowned as a decisive leader, Capt. Min brings extensive international shipping experience throughout Southeast Asia, the Middle East, West Africa, and South America.
Over the past 14 years at Bumi Armada Berhad, Capt. Min has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence. Starting in 2007 as a Marine Specialist, Capt. Min quickly rose through the ranks of this well-respected, publicly listed global O&G marine service provider. Prior to joining Bumi Armada, Capt. Min led the Merchants Fleet, which included tankers, container ships, and bulk carriers, and served as a naval trainer in the Southeast Asia region.
Capt. Min’s rapid ascent within Bumi Armada is a testament to his dedication and expertise. He progressed from OSV Fleet Manager to General Manager (Asia), Head of Fleet (International), and ultimately to Head of Chartering & Commercial in 2018.
Throughout these roles, Capt. Min has amassed vast experience in managing a fleet of 55 vessels operating in diverse regions worldwide. He has successfully handled regional offices and a wide range of clients, including major oil companies, ensuring client needs are met while achieving the company’s profitability targets. Capt. Min is a Class (I) Master Marine with over 12 years at sea and holds an MBA in Shipping and Logistics from Lloyd Maritime Academy, UK.
